I’ve been trying to figure out how Rachel Comey designed her Babson dress: it’s definitely a dress, not a separate skirt and shirt. At first, I thought the pleated skirt must be part of a lining, but that doesn’t explain the button plackets down the front or where the closure for the skirt must be. Anyone have any ideas?
