Is creating a word from a root still Sanskrit

Hey everyone, this is my first post in this sub and I probably don't have much idea of what goes on here, so don't mind if it's weird.

My question was just about a word, which isn't attested, but the root it's made up of does exist in Sanskrit.

The word is indeed found in old Avestan, so is such a word considered a Sanskrit creation, or an Avestan borrowing?

How to differentiate a scar with eye bags?

So the mark below the right eye is an old scar which the character got at a very young age, when he fell and hit a metal edge.

The problem is that because of its location and size, everyone thinks that it's an eye bag due to stress and anxiety. What do I do to make it look like a scar which has been stitched, but now only the mark remains?

Vedic Asiatic Lion Royal Seal

(Check comment for the lore of the world).

This is a practice concept sketch for an ancient royal seal. I wanted to experiment with blending primal historical Vedic and Mahajanapada era elements like the Asiatic lion, hollow cross, sun, Nandipada, leaves, and sanskrit name of the king in Brahmi script, into a stylized, sophisticated crest.

First concept of my crest for an Elite Faction inspired by the Vedic Fire altar.

Made this design randomly an year ago. Now it has led to the creation of a whole world, and it has also evolved significantly. Inspired by the Falcon shaped fire altars used in the Vedic heartland.
