Spicy cheese, laxative, cramp, injection tonight?

I am a very new Zepound customer. Forgetting the advice to avoid spicy food,  I ate some spicy pepper jack cheese late last night. Shortly after that I took an overnight laxative and then I looked at the box - I think the date may have expired. Ugh! I went to bed and woke up a few hours later with a bad cramp.  I was able to go to the bathroom but I still have the cramp though it is not nearly as bad.

I am due for my third 2.5 Zepound injection tonight.  Should I take it tonight if I still have discomfort, or wait until the cramp is completely gone? Thanks.

Lower Backache?

I am very new to Zepound and plan to take my third injection Thursday night. I've been experiencing light very low backache on both sides. Has anyone else experienced this and will it go away?

I am not sure if it's due to the Z injections or me greatly overdoing my walking the past two weeks. I see I should have taken it easy instead of too quickly increasing my walking every day while I'm huffing and puffing! TIA

Zepound plus water pill?

Before I started the Zepound injections a two weeks ago I was taking Bumetanide for water retention. My health provider and online research say I can continue taking the diuretic pill. Since I'm doing the Z injections and the pill I am going to the bathroom at night almost every two hours. I tried stopping the diuretic and I could tell the puffiness and tightness came back to my legs.

Is anyone here taking something for water retention plus the Zepound injections? If so, what is your experience with them both? Has anyone suggested you stop taking the water pill?

The first month on Zepound (Z), is most of the weight we lose water weight? I feel I am running to the bathroom a lot more than usual, more than when before I started the Z and I was drinking a lot of water.

Any disadvantages to staying at 2.5?

Everybody, like many on Reddit totally new to Zepound. Tomorrow I am due for my 2nd injection. The first few days of taking the injection I had a slight headache and it went away within two days. Now, my appetite suppression is not that strong and I could still eat too many calories if I did not will myself not to eat. The first three days I had very little appetite and had to force myself eat. Is that how it works?

Also, are there any advantages/disadvantages to staying longer on a Zepound strength and not going forward each month? I am short and way about 310, that is so awful. If I stay at 2.5 longer than I should will I see no weight loss and no appetite suppression? TIA.

PS
This is also the first time I have posted on Reddit and I'm not yet sure how it works!
