Best route to taking CAPM after 3 years of get Google PM Cert

I got my Google PM Cert in mid 2023. Since then, I never really used to as I got a job in a different field but still had to use some skills like leadership, managing, etc. I also ended up getting my realtor license between then and now and I passed the first try by simply taking a lot of practice exams.

Now, I am wanting to change my career path and go all into Project Management. I know I can take the CAPM tomorrow but it's been a while since my Google PM Cert and I probably don't remember some things and probably not ready to take the CAPM.

My question, whats the best way to get a refresher so I can be prepared for the CAPM? I have been looking at Udemy courses. I don't need the education hours for the CAPM as I can use the Google PM Cert hours. I just need some resources and guides of maybe some practice books, study guides, etc to get me up and current to take the CAPM. I do like the route of practice exams. I hate reading books. I like watching videos and seeing visual examples.

Thanks in advance!

Prospect laundromat wash prices 25% higher than competitors

Looking to buy a laundromat in the Southern California area. I’m looking at the nearby competition and for example, they are pricing their 6 load washes at 6.25. The laundromat I’m looking to buy is at $8 for 6 load. The competition also have newer machines and is remolded. The prospective laundromat I am looking at has 10 year old machines and is not attended and needs work.

How do I deal with this if I end up buying it? If I lower the prices to try to get more volume, I risk staying afloat and if I need to go back to original prices, I will lose a lot of customers. I’m on edge on buying this. The rent also doesn’t help as it’s outrageous for its smaller size.

Have the Pro Elite Analyzer and for the last 3 years, every year, we get error 6 which is the probe issue. We replace the probe every time and it keeps going bad. Is there any solution here or do I have to spend a few hundred dollars every week on this? We’ve had this system for about 10-12 years already now.

Anyone else have these issues?
