F 29 m 32 conflict issues
My boyfriend and I have lived together for a year. He was previously married and had a really messy divorce. He was super lovely and romantics at the start. And I know this changes after you live together. But what I’ve been struggling with is his criticism. He comments on a lot of the ways I do things. I’ve lived with a past partner for years. And I admit I’m not a type a person but I try really hard to look after our place I clean, I cook almost every meal, and I bake for him all the time. But he always makes comments like something is wrong with how o cleaned something or how I cooked something. We’ve addressed it a few times but he takes it so personally. It makes me feel really under appreciated. I also have said I’m open to feedback but it’s all how you do it. Any advice with this?
