This poodle breeder I'm looking into has three parent dogs

Two dams and a sire

All are titled (confo, obedience, agility) and have proper OFAs for poodles (results look good) but no dogs in the parents lineage have any titles or OFAs done so doesn't sound like parent dogs came from ethical sources but she took the time to prove them and health.

So would this be ethical practice?
