Keeping Time
I love my Islander. I try to be very precise with setting the time and I think I do a good job and I wear it constantly and after a couple of days it winds up being slow always like a minute behind it. It’s very frustrating. Any tips?

I am a clinical specialist in a large city and lately I have been finding access to accounts becoming more and more difficult, especially if it’s for a company that sells mostly disposables as opposed to a company that has a specific product. Depts are saying you don’t need you to be there if you’re just supporting disposables. I understand our job is to build a relationship so they want you there but at the end of the day it’s just disposable so how do you build that relationship? In services only go so far and most physicians can’t be bothered. Do you think going forward representing a specific product as opposed to having a larger bag is the way to go?
