Hey everyone. I recently received my offer letter for a PA to L4 area manager promo.. I’m wanting to know if my offer seems reasonable. For context I am in the south, in a relatively low cost of living area. My offer was for $65,200 base and 33 RSUs. I’m aware of the difference between external vs internal promos but for some reason I thought it might be a tiny bit more.. especially RSUs. Does this seem reasonable and/or worth it?
