Hi! I’ve just received an email saying the Warehouse tickets need to be added to the Villa app and ready to scan on entry. I received the tickets as PDFs, but they’re not showing in the app and I can’t find any option to add/import them manually. The ticket office is already closed so I can’t contact them tonight. Any ideas on how I can resolve this?
