Recently my shopping quality score has been lingering dangerously close to “standard” and I really don’t want to lose platinum cart. So today I decided that I’m going to only shop at stores that are always stocked (Fred Meyer, Costco) and document anything that the stores don’t have. I tried submitting proof of out-of-stock items to support and this is how the conversation went. It’s extremely unfair that we get dinged for the stores being out of items! Even with proof, she said that my score will be impacted 😡 so annoying
