I think they came out pretty neat, used various images from Pinterest and just edited them together

So yeah pretty cool to be able to put custom themes on the switch
I recently got my Switch OLED modded at a shop. They already installed the firmware, but I want to do a clean reinstall from scratch. Since I'm new to this, I'm looking for the best guide to follow. Is the pinned guide in this subreddit up to date, and is the NH Switch guide a good one to follow for a chipped OLED
Hi everyone, I'm completely new to the Switch modding scene. I recently paid a local shop to mod my console, but it doesn't look like the setups I've
seen in tutorials online.
A couple of things are throwing me off:
• Custom Boot Screen: The login/
boot screen features the shop's
custom logo instead of the standard Atmosphere or Hekate logos I see in videos.
Missing Homebrew Apps: When I opened the Homebrew Menu, essential apps like Tinfoil and the NXThemes installer were completely missing.
Since I'm a beginner, I'm not sure how to proceed or if the shop gave me a restricted/outdated setup. What is the best way for me to safely install Tinfoil and themes from here? Should I completely wipe their setup and start fresh, or just add the missing files to my SD card?
Any guidance world be greatly appreciated!
So recently ive been looking to mod my switch but was wondering which modchip is better in the long term, instinct-nx or picofly; Ive seen the picofly is better for diagnostics and also it recives more updates since its open source. Also does anyone know if wayayeo is a trustworthy website?
I’ve been wanting to mod my Switch OLED for a while now, but I’m struggling to find a trustworthy local shop to handle the installation. I’ve checked Etsy, but I haven't found any reputable chip installation services there. Does anyone know of a reliable place or a well-known mail-in service? Also, which specific chip should I be looking for to get the best results?
