Whenever Precode reopens, will the copyrighted designs be brought back because the games being abandoned anyway?

The devs have acknowledged already that most of the copyright free designs don't actually protect them from copyright and aren't any safer then the normal designs, so will some characters like Stricken or PCX remain the same as they always have been when it reopens? Or will they (especially stricken) still have their, rather shitty redesigns?

Also context for why some animatronics go in smash despite being possessed

They go into this tier for the animatronic itself not the person inside (hence why the main 4 and puppet are not in the children tier)

Some animatronics are excluded because they are impossible to seperate from the ghost like PFF and Scrapbaby

the sexual harassment tier is for characters who i run away screaming at the sight of them
