



Am I Cooked
I have had this HAP40 blade for a year. I Baby the this knife. Always cleaned after a use, always in a sheath bone dry. Some light patina was starting to form from use in the exposed core.
Last night this knife was used to cut a mango and lemon and got left out under some pots and pans, am noticing some light scratches.
I don’t feel my finger nail catching. I wiped it down with baking soda, didn’t really remove anything.
Any thoughts would be appreciated, I really love this knife.
