Krisp launched VIVA 2.0
Krisp launched VIVA 2.0 -- voice infrastructure SDK for voice AI agents.
Why this might matter to people here: most voice agents work in demos and break in production for two reasons. Audio is messy in the real world (noise, codec artifacts, bad mics). And agents don't read conversational signals -- they react to silence, can't tell "mhm" from "yeah, but--".
VIVA 2.0 handles both. Sits before STT in your pipeline. Voice isolation, turn prediction (multilingual, audio-only), interrupt classification, signal detectors. Server-side, runs on CPU.
Already integrated at Daily, Vapi, LiveKit. AMA if you're hitting any of these issues in production.
