Trying to get an purple Dominion

Hi all, tried searching the sub before posting. I understand we cannot get it as a boss drop and I have done most of the world content/chest. How does one acquire/farm a purple 20 dominon?

Anyone else trying Farever?

They have a road map for an auction house, pvp and other things. Currently in EA so the game caps at level 20 but even that short window has given me quite a lot of value. Picture is a random one from the internet not actually my character.
