Toshiba 27A33. Diagonal or vertical lines sometimes appear, but not always, across all inputs. Does anyone know what’s might be causing this, and perhaps a way to fix it?

My 27a33 Toshiba has “jailbars” when using component input. Using HD Retrovision cables on snes, wii, and ps2. Issue most noticeable on snes. From my research it seems like it might a bad cap. Has anyone seen this before?

Picked up on marketplace for super duper cheap. KV-24FS120. Will a degauss coil/wand save me or is it done for?
