After bearing with my neighbour from hell, finally moving out as the noise is affecting my mental health and sleep. As we know it, HDB quiet hours is a joke. Police can't do anything and HDB is too lazy to resolve issues on their own.

Would like to know names of condo or HDB blk that have a bit of good soundproofing, quiet area, and well mannered neighbours. I appreciate all helpful suggestions:)

You may also list areas/blk that I should avoid, these might help other people in finding quiet place too.
