Hiring: Architectural Design Lead (Licensed Architect)

We're looking for a Licensed Architect to join our team and lead architectural design projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, technical drawings, and project specifications.
Lead and mentor junior architects, draftsmen, and design staff.
Plan efficient and functional spaces while incorporating sustainable design principles.
Review and approve materials, finishes, and design specifications.
Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility requirements, and other regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction aligns with approved plans.
Manage project schedules, deliverables, and architectural budgets.
Maintain project documentation and provide progress updates to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect (required).
1–3 years of experience in architectural design or a related role.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and similar design software.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
