had a passport appointment in very early march (march 12) which at this point was a long while ago- I paid for photo service and had all my documentation in order- including an old passport which they took from me to send in with my application. it is now may first and the passport website has absolutley no record of my application- I called and all they said was to reapply.... Wondering wtf one is meant to do in this situation considering they essentially stole my old passport from me and I have a flight (WA to Nevada) in a few weeks, and international travel for uni later this year- which I need my passport information for immediately. please give whatever guidance u may have
