hi everyone,

i recently started working as an entry level adjuster in AB and my company has been talking about education funding that they provide yearly. i am 22 years old and still relatively using my degree for this job but i was wondering if working towards a CİP is worth it? i am looking into getting some stability with this designation and would love to hear others opinion and what job opportunities it opened for you?
