Are these pieces just 96 or I'm just that unlucky?

I'm planning on crafting another set just in case I was unlucky with the piece lvl, but if these pieces just roll with 96, I won't spend resources

I managed to get 1 star with this team, is 3 star doable? Escanor p5... Any recommendations? (Diane is there just in case I need some healing)
