I need a sanity check. Could this be PSA 10

I pulled my ultimate chase card, the Espeon SIR from prismatic. My brain is hyper focusing on everything on the card and I’m now torn between sending it in or not. After reviewing the photos, does this look like PSA 10 worthy? I’ve never really examined PSA slabs before so I have no reference points.
