Sunday I ate and drank alot of trigger foods not really thinking. Yesterday I started experiencing symptoms of GERD I have never had before, lots of coughing and sore throat. Drank some alkaline water and had some throat care tea but not much relief. I also have some chills off and on. Is this weird? Thinking of calling Teledoc to see if they can prescribe something or should i give it another day or two? Usually I just get the burning the day off.
