No mans sky, ps5 pro VR version or PCVR version?

While the sale is still in effect I was wondering which version to get. On pc I have an rtx 3070ti, would I get similar performance to the pro version with that?

PSVR2 PC help please?

Hi so I tried doing the whole process on pc with psvr2toolkit(before the big 1.0 update) and while it was cool for like 15 minutes, after those 15 minutes were up the tracking goes out of wack and this happens consistently. Basically either the left or right controller will stop working and the tracking in the headset itself thinks I’m slowing going up so it’s like I’m flying into outer space. That was my experience with The Lab VR game at least. I have the TP Link UB500 and a usb extension cord, the PSVR2 drivers for said Bluetooth dongle, and a third party PSVR2 pc adapter since I wanted to save a bit of money at the time. My pc specs are this https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish\_5390013-5390143-16. I did add more ram so it’s actually 32GB of memory.

So I have absolutely no idea what the hell is going on here. Unless the toolkit will solve all my problems, are my settings the problem? Speaking of problems another thing I noticed is that when I try to set the play area, I literally can’t see anything it’s just a bunch of white noise. I remember finessing it enough to more or less track where I play but it was a very tedious process, so why is it doing that??

If I don’t need headset vibrations or eye tracking, do I still need to jailbreak my psvr2?

I took another look at the psvr2toolkit GitHub and it seems to me that the only features that get unlocked when you jailbreak it is eye tracking and headset vibrations. What if I don’t need either those options, would I be able to install everything else needed for psvr2toolkit on pc and then switch from that to playing on the ps5 whenever I wanna go back on the fly? Or does jailbreaking the headset also unlock foveated rendering? I figured I ask because I wanna run some experiments but don’t wanna break it since apparently psvr2’s are hard to come by right now.

How to get high quality capture footage on Steam Machine?

Hey guys so I’m planning on putting out my very own Steam Machine video since no one has tested the kind of games that I love to play and test on new hardware. Problem is that both the official Steam recording software and OBS give me bad results. Steam recording in gaming mode can’t do 60fps game capture no matter what, OBS in desktop mode can capture 60fps but not without the video being very fuzzy. Yes I changed the video encoder.

So now I’m like how the hell did all the influencers and reviewers on YouTube get phenomenal game capture quality?? Do I need to treat this like a console and get a capture card or something?? Any help would be great please because I wanna share my findings on this thing with the world.
