I've read so many horror stories about flying Delta, so I was ready to take on any entitled seat stealer, terrible parent, or obnoxious passenger who flipped their hair over my screen or propped their nasty feet somewhere in my space. But alas, I was disappointed. I flew from TYS to RSW with (of course) a layover in ATL. On the flight from ATL to RSW, there was a newborn and 2 small dogs in carriers-- the baby right in front of me, one dog a row in front of the baby, the other a row behind me across the aisle. Never knew any of them were there other than seeing them. My flabbers were gasted because I had my big girl pants on and was ready to fight.

Today, from RSW to ATL, there was some confusion because a woman was in her seat, but the wrong row, but APOLOGIZED and moved. Then the woman behind me was separated from her 8 year old daughter by a row and the aisle, the FA asked the guy on the aisle of he cared to switch to a middle seat so mom and kid could be together-offered sky miles--and he was like: no problem. I'm like WTF!?! Where is all the entitled crap I read about on here?!? I'm so disappointed. I have one more leg: ATL-TYS. Maybe something will happen then. Wish me luck. 🤣

Edit: No problems at all. Great flights all around and I even got back to Knoxville early. Good job Delta!
