So its been something that has been confusing me since i started my shifting journey and i couldn't really find a good answer to all my questions.

What exactly is awarness and how does it work across all your different versions? Is there only one awarness at a time and every other you in a different reality is on "autopilot"? Wouldn't that mean that there are technically people in this reality, that are not aware and therefore cannot shift?

Also once you do shift, is your clone/body aware you shifted? Or does it just think nothing happened.
