The store I work for has this water heater in the basement, we were moving inventory down there and realized it was leaking a significant amount of water and pretty much everything is soaked. We’ve called the landlord and I’ve turned off what we think is the right breaker and the water in valve but it’s still dripping a bit. The landlord says she’ll send someone tomorrow probably, is this severe enough we should push for sooner? This water heater hasn’t been functioning/we haven’t had hot water in maybe a year-8 months so I’m not sure why today’s it’s kicked off.
