How can I best cut this back?

Hey all, I'm a pretty inexperienced plant person. My glowing success so far is a monstera that has absolutely exploded in size over the last few years, but I didn't know when I got it that I needed to stake it for support. By the time I realized it was going to be a problem, it was too late and the plant won't bend back and the stake is basically decorative.

It is now reaching too far and it's weight is pulling it over, I've had to prop the pot up with a brick I stole from my garden wall but that's not a sustainable option for me.

How best can I either cut this back or get it to be more upright? I live in a small apartment, so as much as I'd love to have it become a veritable tree, I can't really afford to give it much more space than it has now. I want to keep as much as possible but am aware that may not be an option. If I were to try to cut it, can I leave multiple giant leaves on a cutting?

Thanks for any tips/advice!
