Did you adopt this cat?

Hello everyone. I had to surrender my cat to Miranda’s Rescue back in January, and I just want to make sure she’s adopted and okay! I am not looking to get her back and I want to be as non-invasive as possible to her new family, just in light of the recent developments in the investigation I’m worried about her well-being and if she was actually adopted. I didn’t want to surrender her and I loved her dearly and I would be heartbroken if she was euthanized. I don’t think that’s the case, but I am a little anxious after everything! Again, I’m not looking to get her back, and I am grateful to whatever family adopted her!

She would have been available late January/early February, about 6 months old, not litter box trained, black and white, and her name was Marie. I attached a couple pictures for better identification. Thank you all :)

Habitat for Humanity?

Does Humboldt have a Habitat for Humanity organization or anything like it? I can’t seem to find anything online. The one number I did find routed me to Planned Parenthood.

I’m a college student interested in volunteering with something like that as I have an interest in building and restoration. I am just unsure where to go to learn the skills needed for that. Any help is appreciated :)
