Hello, my friend texted me that he dropped his phone on concrete and the screen became unusable. I believe the phone is a Oukitel WP28S. Can the files on the phone still be transferred over to PC using an USB-cable or something? He will be coming over tomorrow, and then I might be able to provide additional information.
