here are some of my political takes

for contexts im 17 nb living in Europe and everyone tells me I could be a politician, decided to write down some of my opinions and what I would change (it's based on mine country law so much stuff could be different from some laws

-utalitarism is cool

-abortion should be legal and free in critical conditions but expensive otherwise (not covered by insurance)

-there should be a cap on how much alcohol you can buy monthly or smth like that, same with nicotine

-plan b pills should be sold without a prescription

-only woman's should be gynecologists and vice versa

-patents shouldn't be with their kids in the examination room if the kid asks for it, the kid has to be at least 15 for it

-social media should be banned until 16

-energy drink should be banned until 16 and there should be available same energy drinks without taurine or caffeine (like no caffeine monster) for people who just like the taste

-in school there should be a politics update class every month

-in the voting committee (I think that's what it's called) there should be a table with participants and what they want to do for the country

-educate about consequence of rape/ grooming and make people aware that it isn't just sex

-presidents immunity needs a cap (like rape, murder they should be treated like a normal person)

-rapists should be castrated

-pedophiles (people with the disorder only) should have help groups

-wars shouldn't be started without agreement of at least 50-70% of the parliament and 50% of non leading parties

-minsters of education need to have at least 5 years of active teaching or 3 years of acting teaching in special needs school (longer health absences or maternity leave aren't counted) same with minister of health

-education system needs to be rebuilt from ground up

-empty apartments for 2 years (if the owner is deceased for example) should go back to the city and sell for small money to people under 25 who live in the same city/have family in it

-there should be a cap on how much each type of medication can cost

-doctors cannot interfere with patients wishes if it's not a health concern (like husband stitch)

-chat control should exist for under 18, if you are over 15 you can op out if it but if at least one of the chatters has it on the conversation is still monitored

-people should be educated about gen AI (like images on cigarettes packs) and it should be restricted and where the data centers can be

-only judges that have kids can judge cases that involve deciding who becomes/stays a legal guardian

-if you're disabled you should be granted the benefits no matter of the lever of disability a paper from a specialist and opinion from boss/teachers is all that should be required

it's not all it's just what I wrote on my ride home and just stuff that first came to my mind
