Brother Is Moving to Peru - Story Inside
My youngest brother lives in a RV full time and he is moving to Peru with his wife. She was born in Peru and they plan to live there permanently. Trouble is access to good whiskey will be problematic as they are going to be well away from the capital and well away from anything touristy. As he doesn’t have room in his RV for a nice whiskey selection he was potentially going to move there with effectively nothing. He came to visit so I basically gave him full access to my unopened bottles to build a nice collection to take with him. Bottles include: EC SBBP 8 and 9 years, Red Breast Lustau, Little Book Chapter 8, 1 Blanton’s, 2 Eagle Rare, High West Campfire Merlot barrel finished, High West Tokaji finished, Penelope Cigar Sessions Chapter 1 (they both love cigars), High West Casa Nobel (a family favorite), Wild Turkey 101 8 yo, Baker’s 7 year old High Rye, Widow Jane Lucky 13, Corazon Blanco, Corazon Anejo Aged in Eagle Rare barrels, Woodford Reserve Masters Collection Sweet Oak Bourbon and Madeira Cask Finish and a JD Hero Selection SBBP at 133proof. Notable bottles left behind: JD SB Heritage Barrel (we both say it smells and tastes like contact cement and paint thinner), Wild Turkey Private Selection SB (he is a WT fan), RR 10yo and a High West Bourye.
