Best Garmin for my needs?

Im pretty torn between these 3 Garmin watches, I listed the prices in my region:
- Instinct 3 Amoled/Solar ($460)
- Epix Gen 2 Pro ($666)
- Fenix 8 Solar ($935)

I am not the most serious athlete in the world but I like sleep tracking and am looking to improve my fitness through both some cardio and strength training. I also need something durable for my job so that’s why I didn’t include something like a Venu in there. I am looking to keep the watch for the max amount of time (~5 years).
Seems like the Epix 2 Pro is the best value, but with it being released 3 years ago I’m not sure if it’ll meet my 5 year wish and might be worth dishing out the extra few hundred for a Fenix.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
