I’m going to pull Cyrene in 4.3, but after spending about everything getting E2 FF so I have two teams that can reliably beat endgame, I would need to be very lucky to get her E2. Of course, this would be a moot point if I did get lucky. But in case I only get E0 Cyrene, what SPD breakpoints do I need to reach with her and RMC to get the ult up ASAP? I also have E1 Cerydra. Phainon is E2S1.
