Is it common for JPM recruiters to ghost you?
Literally has happened to me twice. 1st time: they reach out to me, ask me for my availability, I’m prepared and ready to go and then they never called. 2nd time they reach out to me again and tell me that I’m a great fit for a role. We correspond over email, agree on a time and… they don’t call.
Like is that the JPM recruitment MO when they’re not interested anymore? Wtf
