My first big step

Actually, I had planned to start working with a nutrition coach this week.

But she never got back to me.

So I asked AI to guide me instead, and it turned out that I have genuinely overcome my chocolate craving phase.

I haven't eaten any chocolate for six weeks, and I don't even think about it anymore.

That's wonderful because for a long time I believed I would never be able to do that.

Now ice cream has become the new regular favorite, and I'm able to tell myself:

Don't keep track. Just eat.

Other than that, I'm eating the way I always wanted to.

So I really am on the right path :)!
