Talking over each other
So since we started to get help this seems to be a thing. Like in conversations with other people, at least we got that as feedback. I struggle to fully understand what other people meaning by giving that feedback, what I know is that we sometimes make a statement about something and then immediately say "No, not true" or "That makes no sense" and correct this statement.
Is that talking over each other? And does anyone know any strategies to direct this to internal communication so we can appear a bit more coherent on the outside?
