I was gifted a mastercard gift card and am attempting to use it to buy steam games. This error message popped up. Mastercard gift cards don't have a billing address, as far as I am aware. The purchase shows up as "pending" on the mastercard gift card website. I want to buy my games. How do I resolve this?
