Heyho!

So I recently bought a GoPro Hero that had been replaced under warranty and then never touched. All stickers were still on lens and back screen.

I put an SD card in it, I did the update and voila, a camera. I have had it twice now that I turn it on using the side button, choose my video capture mode, then press the shutter / record button and it records, but I can't end the recording.

Pressing the button again does nothing. Pressing "stop recording" on the app does nothing.

It just gets bricked in video recording. Holding the side button to shut it off does put the "shutting off" on screen, but it doesn't shut off. It is just stuck there.

I already formated the SD card on my laptop and I am mildly confused. Can anyone help?
