Playing easier scenario that mimic ingame vs harder scenarios for improvement?

I've been grinding viscose s2, mostly the Tracking and Flick Tech category since my game is tracking heavy.

I'm around Viridian for most of the scenarios but i keep coming back to play the easier benchmark pushing better accuracy coz it mimics in-game movement more, since medium/hard bench kinda move too fast (compared to in-game).

I've heard of progressive overload and u gotta push ur limit on hard scenario to actually improve. Is me not pushing myself to play harder scenario actually nerfing my training?

How to build more Arm endurance for reactive tracking?

I feel my arm and hand super tired after a few minutes of reactive tracking scenarios, especially scenarios that moves fast and utilize my arm alot.

Is there a way i can build endurance better like specific IRL workout? or do i just gotta grind the scenario and get used to it?
