Texture settings applied unevenly? (live)
I was tinkering with settings to get a more classic look and UI, and noticed that the texture settings don't seem to apply evenly across NPCs or characters. When set to medium, which is closest to classic (with Luclin models off) era, I notied guards usually have blurry helmets and faces, but many NPCs don't, and the player character doesn't, unless it is a Vah'Shir. Do I need to flush a cache or something to reset the textures to follow the new settings, or is it really just all over the place on what does and doesn't get changed?
