The girl seems like a delinquent and affectionately insults him. She kinda yells at him while still being helpful/supportive.
The others are worried about him so they stalk him on his date.
I’m pretty sure her quirk had something to do with her teeth or biting because she bites him in pretty sure.
I remember a scene where Momo and Jiro get caught in a surveillance van listening in on the date and get in trouble.
