Company structure against Amazon price discrepancy system
Hey guys, I have a company with a trademark that is licensed out to another company that sells on other platforms instead of Amazon (TikTok, Temu etc) and receives products only from us with the ability to set their own pricing, whilst my company sells our trademarked products only on Amazon.
My question is although we are two different companies but still selling the same brand of products on two different platforms, would Amazons AI and search systems penalise me still for price discrepancy/selling cheaper on another platform?
