I made some custom VLD 1:12 action figures
In terms of parts usage, this jumps all over the place, but I always like to list sources, so here we go. For Shiro, the body is from Marvel Legends Speedball and the head is from a Mattel 2016 Justice League Superman basic figure. Allura is made from a Marvel Legends Gwenom base body and the head is from Jakks Pacific Breath of the Wild Zelda. Keith is made with an Anime Heroes Final Battle Naruto and the head is a knockoff Figma Kirito. I made Lance with a Jazwares Fortnite Abstrakt body and the head is from Hasbro's Dungeons and Dragons Eric. Hunk has a few sources, the base body is from Marvel Legends Frogman, and the boots and the feet hands and pouches are from Jazwares Fortnite Sludge figure. His head is Marvel Legends Ned Leeds. Finally, Pidge is made from Star Wars Black Series Omega, with the head from Hasbro Dungeons and Dragons Presto.
Any parts that weren't on the base figures were either added with electrical tape, greenstuff, or sanding. And Kosmo is just a Schleich wolf. All the parts are painted with Citadel model paints.
Since I took the group photo I also did Coran, he is made with Marvel Legends Star-Lord T'Challa and a GI Joe Classified Recondo head.
