I’m trying to make sure I don’t screw this up and could use a sanity check.
I was prescribed tirzepatide from Gimme, and my dosing instructions + vial labels don’t seem to fully line up.
Here’s what I have:
Month 1 vial: 5 mg / 0.5 mL (so 10 mg/mL), total vial = 2 mL
Month 2 vial: 15 mg / 0.5 mL (30 mg/mL), 2 mL vial
Month 3 vial: 20 mg / 0.5 mL (40 mg/mL), 2 mL vial
Instructions sheet says:
Month 1: 15 units for 2 weeks, then 30 units
Month 2: 60 units weekly
Month 3: 90 units weekly

BUD July 29th 2026.

If I follow their plan to increase each month, month 2 is 3x stronger concentration than month 1.. etc

My wife has been on 10mg/mL at 20 units the last 3 months after titrating up and it’s still working for her.
