My understanding is if my kids want to make T-shirts with caricatures of their favorite players and the team logo, there is no legal risk of lawsuit until we try to sell them. Personal use in our family is legally allowed.

That said, I am still wondering if the Moda Center might try to prevent our entry into the game for some policy/fine print reason I am ignorant of. Anyone here have experience with this? My kids are both artists, love the Fire, and want to rep their favorites (SAB, Leite and Nads).
