165 cm (5'5) Male who weighs around 69 Kg (152lbs)
I've lost weight several time before so I'm not new to this at all, I can accurately track my calories and know how much the TDEE calculators overestimate the amunt I burn in a day.
But this time around since last month, I've taken up running for the first time of my life. I used to go to the gym and weight lift 3-4 a week but my new week looks like this: running between 5-10 km twice a week, gym twice a week and a 2 hour session of basketball on Sunday.
Outside of this I work from home so I don't exactly get a lot of steps in (3 000 accoring to my phone but it doesn't take into equation my runs, basketball and I leave it in my room often when going around the house)
But for some reason I haven't lose any weight whatsoever since I started this (been a month). I eat on an average 1700-1800 kcal and have been tracking this accurately for a month.
I usually don't care if I don't lose weight immediately but it's been a month and it's driving me mad at this point. Haven't been this active ever probably, so how's it even possible that I'm not losing any weight.
It's getting to me even more because I have a 5 day long vacation coming up in a couple of days, and I usually let myself lose on vacations food wise, but this time I'm dreading the scale for when I get back (it's silly, yes)
So, help me not lose my mind, and can anyone that had been through this tell me when they finally started losing weight again?
