Loans
Is there somewhere I can go to easily see which lenders will approve my loan without affecting my credit score? Kind of like comparing car insurance but for mobile homes?

I kicked him out for drinking again about a month ago. Maybe a couple weeks. Started moving on after 3 years of daily splitting. Filing in court to force sell our house since he wont sign, bought a new house, working extra shifts. Just a lot of responsibilities going on for me. Haven't communicated with him at all. He called 7 times around 4am last night while I was sleeping. He left an odd voicemail that said, "I love you.. I'll never forget you. But you're never going to see me again."
I'm taking it as he's drunk, high, mentally ill and attention seeking. His tone started out soft and the last sentence started getting slightly more aggressive. The odds of him forgetting he even sent it are pretty good but its still concerning. Hes clearly not well.
I'm filing a partition complaint to sell property. The co owner is unresponsive. To everything and everyone. It will probably just end up in a default judgment. What documents to I need to file?
I've been going to the gym for over a year. Dropped 6 sizes (womens) but my weight on the scale is the exact same as when I started. Why?
I want to do a buyout on the trailer I have with my ex. He's gone, doesnt pay for anything and its too much to keep up with. I'm also not paying his mortgage loan for 30 years while he does nothing. But that means I need another loan for myself for a new trailer. I dont want to sell without securing a new place. But I cant get a new loan, because of debt to income ratio from the current mortgage. I hope that makes sense. How does this work? How do I do a buyout on my current trailer while getting a loan (for half the price) on a new one?
I need to sell the house me and my ex bought. I cant keep up with the payments and he's not making payments. What is the process to file a partition action? I cant afford an attorney. Its all pro se. He just wont sign, but he wont fight me in court either.
For those of you that have left your BPD were you tired? He's been gone maybe 2 weeks now. I did work a lot to catch up on the bills he left me with, but realistically I have more money with him gone and not spending all of mine.
My days off I had plans to clean up, get my house back in order but my body is exhausted. Instead of cleaning up I fell asleep. I'm just so tired I cant get up. I'm not the type of person to sleep all day. I get up, go to the gym, get things done. I feel like the last couple days I've just crashed.
