Im looking to get a asrock x870e taichi and a 9850x3d but im kinda worried about the failures, from my understanding most of the failures are from older bios versions that caused imc degredation from excessive voltage and even when the users updated to newer bios versions the degredation had already started so it was too late. I on the other hand will be buying a new board and cpu and performing a flashback to the newest version before installing the cpu in the hopes of never starting the degradation, but again thats just my understanding of it, if anyone knows something more I would like to know.
