How bad is this foundation pour?
We're looking at a property that has a DIY'd addition (with no permits) from the previous owner.

As an outsider, this looks like pretty sketchy concrete work, but I'm also way out of my depth.
​
The property is a mess in general, so it's less a question of "is it ugly" and more a question of "is this horrifically expensive down the road".
